Past Due Invoices
Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices

Holding Seed Orders
• Seed
orders with ship dates more than fourteen (14) days from date of order
may be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) non-refundable deposit.

Seed orders held beyond the originally-requested ship date may be
charged an additional two and one-half percent 2.5% of the value of the
order per week.

Pickup
Seed may be picked up
at the Agrecol Order Fulfillment Center at 2918 Agriculture Drive, Madison, Wisconsin, Monday
through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST.

Warranty
• Agrecol
Corporation guarantees seeds of all species to be true to botanical
name, location of origin, and meet the seed test specification on our
bag label.
• Agrecol Corporation does not warranty products beyond the purchase price of the product.
Returns

All sales are final. Merchandise return required written return
authorization from Agrecol Corporation. Agrecol reserves the right to
deny a return or charge a restocking fee.
• Damage or shortages must be reported to Agrecol within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.
